When it comes to meditation I hear people saying “I can’t do this” and I do believe this is because when we think of meditation many people think about something far more complicated than it actually is.
Think of meditation as a way of relaxation. Relaxation of the body, the mind, the emotions. Do you think you are able to relax? Great! Now you just have to find the kind of meditaton that helps you to relax and get into a balanced state of being again. When you allow yourself to relax, the natural healing forces are unlocked.
